Brian and the team were experienced and provides a no cost written estimate of everything that needed to be replaced. They were friendly and were very reasonably priced compared to other companies.
Very good service, they discussed the price early on and it was not a surprise.Brian the technician called in to notify of his arrival,very professional.
came after hours during the heat wave to fix the air conditioner. Technician worked until after sundown so an elderly woman with a heart condition would be cool

My a/c went on the fritz & I checked with Homeadvisor who referred me to Ambient & they called within minutes of my post & thankfully they came out the same day. The tech came diagnosed the problem & fixed it quickly. The tech was very knowledgeable, nice & explained what was wrong, how he fixed it & advises me on maintenance of furnace & unit. Ambient exceeded my expectations-my a/c was fixed in a timely manner and i m going to continue to use them for regular maintenance of unit. Great team, very pleased!
They promptly responded to my inquiry and completed the job professionally all within a couple of hours. Did not try to take advantage of me.
