Family run. Efficient and effective. Very willing to help. As straight as you'll ever get from an estate agent. They have a virtual monopoly on the surrounding streets which are mega expensive, but deservingly so.
We had a fantastic experience with Amberden. Madeleine was in the first place so helpful to me when I was struggling to clear my mother's house, so that it could be viewed for selling. I was overwhelmed and she was truly helpful. And then when it came to the actual selling she and the team were brilliant - making sure it was put on at the right moment, alert to all viewers, with so much experience behind her - she was indefatigable! For over a decade Amberden managed and then sold a home I owned in Hampstead. From demanding tenants to marketing it for sale during Brexit and then Covid the team at Amberden never let up. A matter of no small importance as I live an ocean away. I highly recommend them for sale, purchase, management or letting of properties.
