What a wonderful estate agents. I'd like to give a huge shout out to Charlotte. She has gone above and beyond in helping my daughter secure her first rental property. Charlotte has been so helpful, patient, professional and empathetic. It's so hard for young people to secure a property and she has helped us every step of the way. Couldn't have done it without her, a real asset to her company, deserves a pay rise
