Got to say it was great dealing with James Carter to get my contract! It was better than just getting the quote online where you have someone to ask questions of and get some answers before you get your contract. Fast and easy! Rate was good too!!!

My first time using Amazon Home Warranty since having a three (3) year contract. I live in Nevada and have to say, after contacting with their customer service, within 24 hours I already received a phone call and appointment for next day with a certified Technician for my HVAC. They performed an excellent job and they even gave me tips on keeping my System running more smoothly. So far, extremely satisfied!
I have checked around for Home warranty, talked to several, finally settled on Amazon, mainly because it's Amazon. Needless to say I accepted the offer, and was treated with respect , and the person Ray was knowledgeable and to the point, and answered all my questions. Hope we are together for many years.
