Worked with Angel. He was very polite, understanding and able to answer all my questions. Worked to lower my cost with a three year plan. Had talked with other companies and found them very pushy. Amazon was very professional. Here is hoping that if needed, they will come through.

My first interaction was with Jeff Stokes, and after sharing my concerns and questions he was able to put our family into a program that fit our needs today with the flexibility to change with our needs tomorrow. After some quick research, I filled out the on-line form at the website for a quote and promptly started receiving follow up calls. When I was ready to buy, I called back, the person that answered quickly found the quote, explained the services and helped to set us up with an invoice for our home warranty to be taken care of by our title company at closing. Quick, simple and professional.

Called 4 times to get a claim addressed, professional and friendly on the phone, however, received different answers from 4 different people regarding our claim. No resolution, follow up, or any active effort to help. Very frustrating, still nothing has happened and it has been 2 weeks. Definitely would NOT recommend!!

Called with a question regarding the online quote. Dealt with James Carter who not only clarified my quote but actively looked for ways to reduce the overall cost of my policy. I also appreciated the fact that once we had a contract, he gave me his name and extension and asked that I call him personally if/when I file a claim so he can keeps tabs on it for me. So far, so good. If their future service is as good as my first call I will be thrilled with Amazon Home Warranty!
