Quite the sales pitch, but missing when needing to make a service request. "You're 16th in line" ... And 1.5 hours later, finally able to make a claim. I will not be renewing my policies.
I have been with AHS for 5 years. I had only one service request and that was very unprofessional, careless and poor service. First of all, it was very difficult to reach them, had to call many times and every time I had to wait for 40 to 60 minutes on hold. MY EXPERIENCE WITH EVADING TAX TO NO AVAIL. I am not proud of this I have tried avoiding My Taxes successfully for quite some years now. Worst service ever.. do not buy .. fraud and misleading the contract.
Excellent service from appliance repair company. Technician arrived when promised, very professional and thorough in diagnosing and getting my washer back up running. Very happy that I chose Amazon.
We just purchased the AHW. Steve Whitman provide helpful information without any pressure to buy. Thank you, Steve. Having looked at other companies before, this was the best deal we've found with the most extensive list of coverages. AARP discounts were an added benefit; as well as their referral program was an added incentive. I trust that when we do need to use AHW, we will not be disappointed by it or the technicians that will be sent.
Easy Cheesy as it goes. Did a line by line comparison AHS and Amazon and found one area that concerned me. Jeff Stokes immediately reacted and said they would match AHS maximum per contract period on the well pump. So Far so good.
