I chose Amazon due to the reviews. I have been shopping around for lower prices. I am currently with a home warranty plan but I am paying alot for it, been with 3 yrs now and great service just a little pricy for my taste. So Amazon was 1st choice in switching over due to price and reviews. Waiting on grace period now. Hopefully I will not need but i will review again after my 1st service call if any. So far experience been great with ease of purchase and contract review and got a call immediately after signing up.
Jeff was knowledgeable and friendly. We're saving almost $800 over three years by changing to Amazon Home Warranty. Also saving $15/service call. Very happy!

I cannot describe the amount of issue we had with Amazon home warranty. To start after, we signed up, there was no further contact, Actually time when policy started, or information that showed me what covered in writing. We file our first claim and it was denied because we didn’t hit our first month since to policy started. The time difference was 6 hours and Amazon Home Warranty customer care offered no help.
