I have AHW. I had a problem with the HVAC. I called to submit a claim. A repairman came out within a day or two. Found the problem and fixed it in less than 30 mins. Everything is working well.

Customers that get their own company to fix the problem are punished. It takes 4 or more to get paid. The first was for my pool filter You sent a electrician he tried but when he tried to put a 110 volt switch in a 220 volt line he left. This could have burned my house down. He had no meter to check the voltage! I paid him $75. Then you sent a pool man he fixed it. But I had to pay another $75 dollars. I think you should do a better job screening the people. I've only just signed up, but I was so happy with my account specialist, Steve, that I asked if there was a way I could praise him lol! I told him via email that I have anxiety and was much more comfortable communicating online instead of the phone, and he did everything just how I needed, answering my questions, responding to my emails right away, and helping me to make my purchase online at a deal. Thanks again, Steve!

My experience with AHW has been great!! When I call to file a claim, they truly care about getting the claim handled as soon as possible!! They care about the customer's experience! The service technicians are prompt & professional!!!

I used them for a dryer issue. I did have a problem with the original person they assigned but they did go and assign another company. They are good on communication and emails and were responsive on the phone (when I called to switch service people). My only request would be they enhance their website - that does need work. Add a chat function, the ability to track the case more closely and additional ways to communicate w/ the company. Overall good experience
