Our room had glass door that didn't close all the way and it was cold. Asked to move rooms and they said they had no other rooms asked for extra blanket and gave us a mattress cover. Then the free breakfast was cereal and toast but somehow employees had plates with biscuit and sausage. Just really disappointed
Lets just say pictures online are deceiving. What we needed like extra towels and blankets they said they would bring in 10 minutes well they never showed up. Bathroom wasnt clean. Some rust around knobs in shower. Pool jacuzzi didnt look clean. And hated the fact this is a smoking facility.
Checked in and the whole hotel had no hot water...I discovered that AFTER I CHECKED IN. Why would u not tell me upon my arrival? Never again.
Tried to reserve room, but they only accept credit card or bank cards. Totally understand it's written in their policies. So since my parents live in Amarillo I asked them to reserve my room. They did through an online company. The day we go to check in, they try to change my dad double, since he lives in town. We explain situation and the manager said "to bad take it or leave it". The room was already charged on my dad's account. No refunds either. So we get the online service involved, they refund my dad, and last we heard... read more
If i could give them a zero rating I would. Made reservations on January 1, 2017 for 4 rooms for the night of March 11, 2017. Even with confirmation #'s we were advised there were no rooms available. Do not come here. Horrible customer service.
