We stayed here so that the kiddos could swim. We called before check in and asked if the pool and hot tub were working and heated. We were told they were. After getting there and heading down to the pool, neither heater was working, pool or hot tub, and the kiddie pool was closed. We immediately asked for a refund and left.
Very pleased with our stay. The staff was very pleasant and accommodating. Beds were very comfortable.
We stayed there twice, once on the way to San Angelo Dec 16th and on the way back Dec 26th. The 1st night not horrible but the breakfast is awful and the milk they had, had expired on the 17th of November. The 2nd night was really bad, the lock on our door was broke, trash in the room not ours and fridge didn't work and we got take out thinking it did. Also the pool area was torn apart and they don't tell you that. Will never stay there again! Will never go back again!
Better than LA Quinta down the road!! Hot breakfast was a big plus
This stay was very disappointing we only stay here for the indoor pool and hot tub the kids pool was closed and the hot tub was cold. Our room was gross and we found trash that wasn't ours, our door didn't lock properly, and the fridge was broke. And the breakfast was awful the worst I have ever seen. I would stay somewhere else this place needs to get their crap together.
I would probably never stay here again. My truck was broke down and at the dealership in Amarillo. At 1:00 in the afternoon the owner of the motel opened my room and walked in. He saw me sitting there and apologized and told me he had the wrong room. I mentioned it to the staff and they told me he was an alcoholic and did things like that when he was hammered. That was enough. I'll sleep outside before I stay there again.
