My son and his friend, who are both under the age 12 have been on a month long turkey hunt, trying to kill all four breeds of turkeys in North America. Texas was their last stop, where they were both successful in killing the Rio. However, on Sunday night, the cooler that had their turkeys in it, was stolen from the parking lot of this hotel. I didn't appreciate the front desk charging for 3 nights when I am only here for two. Now the managers aren't here to issue a credit, and I'll have to wait for their convenience to refund the overcharge. How is it that they sure as heck know how to charge but cannot refund? The micro-management here is so restrictive that the customers get shafted through the managerial incompetence. Oh, there's a light bulb out and the shower/tub doesn't drain either.
The people who work here are so great and caring went the extra mile to help me I loved staying here.
We just stopped for the night, and kinda disappointed we cant spend more time here! What a nice place. Awesome pool area, totally! Very impressive, will definetely recommend!

ME AND MY FAMILY REALLY ENJOYED OURSELVES THERE THIS PAST WEEKEND DURING OUR STAY. EVERYTHING WAS EXCELLENT. MY COMPLIMENTS TO THE ENTIRE STAFF THAT MADE IT SO VERY POSSIBLE.
