Room was clean, bed comfortable, staff very friendly and helpful! Will stay here anytime I'm in Amarillo!
We PAYED NOT TO STAY THERE - We had a second non refundable reservation for the way home. It's THAT bad. Expedia - Take this "hotel" Off your list. Your customers don't need the Filth, carpets you're afraid to have your children walk on, dirty sheets and towels and sceevy clients. Gross.
Family of 7 checked in here in the middle of the night after a disaster at another hotel. I was needing two room to fit us all and the gentleman at the desk found us a suite that was cheaper than the mess we’d left behind. The room was clean, the beds were so comfortable (I wish I could have taken it home with me), and the breakfast cafe was very nice surprise. We didn’t have time to utilize the pool or arcade but I’m sure they’re great.
I stayed over two nights on my way to Arizona. For the price, you CANNOT BEAT IT! My room was clean, nobody disturbed me. Breakfast was descent, workout room needs a lil attention, indoor pool area ok. Nice big open game room and atrium. The hallways could use some better lighting and new carpet. Most of the outside entrances seemed to be either always unlocked or propped open. It was lots of banging and noise at random times (night and day).
No hair dryer, fuzzy TV, bad shower, front desk lady confused.
The pictures on the website are all wrong. Hairs in the bathroom. Did not seem clean at all. Was not happy. Staff at check in was very nice but staff at breakfast were awful.
