Wish I could give it a -5 star! Cancelled our reservation without calling us or anything... every room in Amarillo was booked. No place to stay in the middle of the night... when they bulldoze it down to make it a parking lot for a Holiday Inn I'll be the first to park on it.
They cancelled our reservation without notifying us. We found out after driving for 18 hours we did not have a room. They weren’t very apologetic either.
Bad Experience! The whole hotel was super HOT & the air conditioner in our room was not working properly. The elevator closest to our room was broken. I would NOT recommended this hotel....
One of the worst hotels I have ever stayed at! It took my husband 30 minutes to check in. He was the only one there, and we had already booked online. No a/c in the lobby or where they claim their "amenities " are. Dirty and shabby. We had a king room w/ no fridge or microwave. The a/c never cooled the room. Only 3 teeny tiny pillows for a king bed. Loose handicap rails. Smells like mold. Kids screaming in the indoor pool til past 10. Shady people in the parking lot. We cut our trip short and left.
So I booked Amarillo Suites because of their Jacuzzi only to find out that the Jacuzzi temperature is 72°. When I talk to the management about the heat he told me per the city he was only able to keep it at a certain degree. I asked him what degree he was supposed to keep it out and he said not higher than 99° and I told him right it’s not at 99°. Then he told me what kids were playing in it which brought down the temperature and I said, “sir no that’s not how it works” then he called security to have me escorted out. No won... read more

Got stuck on the Elevator twice the Breakfast give your customers the shits the bed sheets don’t always fit the beds ABF DRIVERS GOT to load all their stuff in a little car we need a van
This place is a dump No regular pillows pool towels to dry off with after a shower. no cable TV ask for king size room and they put you in a handicap room. bed is hard and room is dirty and not clean. I highly suggest going and paying 40 or 50 more and calling it good.
