Verified Renter The apartment is nice and the location is good. I’m not sure the new owners really know what the residents feel is important to them. The renovations are ok but have had several inconveniences and some amenities have been shut down or unusable for far too long.

Verified Renter We have been here several years and still enjoy staying here. We have been in the same apartment and have seen people come and go. The maintenance is usually punctual and quick. The overall complex is quiet and neighbors are generally nice. The new renovations are a nice touch as well. They now have several events a month, which my kids thoroughly enjoy!

Verified Renter very accommodating and the residents are very friendly. the leasing office has been very responsive and inviting. the unit is very clean and spacious. only complaint i have is the parking isn’t too great.
