WAY too expensive for what you get I want to start by saying this complex is not a bad place, I simply think that the rent they charge for what you get is ridiculous. Maintenance is quick and very good, Management is friendly and professional. I have found numerous examples of the "landlord special" around my unit, with nails and holes from the previous tenant, as well as cracks in the seal around the sliding door just being painted over. MOLD! Nasty!! Been living in this apartment complex for 2 years and its been a constant fight with mold and a/c not working properly! Within two years here we got at least three times mold exposure and for the information my husband is a veteran with the lungs problems , he struggles a lot with breathing ! Another bonus is a/c does not properly working and its been extremely hot summer so we constantly kept a/c on 65F and it definitely was not even close to 72-74F plus constant humid has destroyed our furniture! Wonderful and Safe community to Stay I lived at this place nearly 4 years. One of the best apartment . And the view from my patio feels me like I am staying in a resort.
