Verified Renter Pros: the apartments are clean and safe. The floor plans are well thought out. My last apartment had the same square footage but a tiny kitchen and bathroom and an abnormally large bedroom. This floor plans has the same space but a big kitchen, a bathroom I can actually walk around in, and a bedroom that's normal sized. Cons: the lighting in the kitchen is weird. Verified Renter The maintenance department is great! They are very prompt and friendly. They are dressed neatly, introduce themselves when they knock on the door. There was less than a 24 hour turn around when I placed my two maintenance requests. The communication in this community is great.

Verified Renter I have lived here for almost a week. I love my apartment. I love my view. The residents I have met are very friendly and down to earth. The staff are fabulous especially Sheila.
