Verified Renter I recently renewed my lease, this will be my second year at Amalfi and I’ve loved my stay here it’s super quiet especially at night and the neighbors seem friendly. When I had a maintenance request it was taken cared of the next day! The location is perfect it’s close to all the stores I need and my favorite part is having a bucees next door and it’s also close access to 45 freeway and 146. I also love the restaurants in the surrounding area as well.

Verified Renter I have never lived at an apartment complex with such friendly and contacting staff. My move-in process was a very smooth, there was an unexpected hiccup with the fixtures but everyone did everything in their power to make it right which I am more than appreciative of. I am very happy to live in this great complex.
Verified Renter Mostly good experiences. Grass, bushes and tree maintenance could use considerable improvement. Handyman team are top notch. Office staff continually refuse to return calls or follow up on issues. Very frustrating.

Verified Renter Amalfi at Tuscan lakes has a very safe , quiet atmosphere. The place is always clean. There is easy access to everything you need within 15 minutes. Feels upscale without upscale rates. The pool, clubhouse, and gym are well maintained.
