Verified Renter Great place to live!! Quiet, clean, and safe! Pool area is beautiful and apartments are spacious! Highly recommend living here! Maintenance has always been prompt with the few problems we have had.

Verified Renter Amalfi has been progressively going downhill since the new management company took over. They are running off the amazing staff who built positive relationships with the tenants and gave Amalfi their well-deserved 5 star reviews. The office is so shorthanded now that you can’t talk to anyone in person, except a temp who can only take a message. No one answers the phone. Verified Renter I have enjoyed my experience here at Amalfi. The complex is nice, staff are friendly, and maintenance usually will be by within 24 hours. If you have AT&T, the cell reception is terrible within the complex. They are making frequent updates to the complex, which has all looked very nice, but with that, there have been significant increases to rent prices.
