Verified Renter Pros: the apartments are clean and safe. The floor plans are well thought out. My last apartment had the same square footage but a tiny kitchen and bathroom and an abnormally large bedroom. This floor plans has the same space but a big kitchen, a bathroom I can actually walk around in, and a bedroom that's normal sized. Cons: the lighting in the kitchen is weird.
