Great Apartments, bad parking setup Pretty nice apartments, well kept, & nice office staff. Go ahead and add whatever the cost of a covered spot is to your rent because they don’t have enough parking nightly which is a total racket to get more money from tenants. Other than that, nice place to live.
The 1 Year Lease Was Amazing! Me and my husband decided to lease at Amalfi and had the best experience while living here! Jaleesa made our first apartment worth every penny we put in it! The maintenance is always fast to respond on fixing an issue the next day and the entire management team are friendly and awesome! Resident of 3 years I've been a resident here for over 3 years. I can't say enough good things about this place. Of course the amenities are great but what really makes this an excellent place to live is the staff. The office and maintenance staff are exceptionally accommodating and personable. Thanks Gene, Kelly and staff for all you do!

Great place to live Amalfi at Tuscan Lakes is a great place to live. It's very quiet, the floor plans are very spacey, and the office staff is very helpful and receptive to helping out if issues pop up. We love living here. The pool area is also very spacious; you don't feel crammed into a small space as you do in other apartment complex pool areas.
Started out okay We've been living in this apartment complex for several years. My husband and had fallen on hard times a few years ago and the management at the time was very understanding and patient with us. We recently have been having a similar issue except now the new management is very threatening, impatient, and pushy. Hardly anyone cleans up their dog's poo....trust me, I've stepped in it a couple times. Parking isn't that great.....they have plenty of unused pay to park covered spots, but management will tow their ... read more
Astoundingly Awesome I love this community in all of its immaculance. The staff are very professional. The community speaks luxury in every expect. The environment is safe and the neighbors are cordial and respectful. Overall, I am at a lost for words. I am completed satisfied with my experience as a whole.
A Couple of Weeks in Beautiful property - landscaping and pool are incredible. Front office - nice but has some competency issues. May need more training. I was told I could have a carport, parked in it for a couple of days, then was told someone else owned it. Also, my garage is very far away from my apartment. Parking - Too many carports lead to limited free parking. The apartment - Plenty of counterspace, small dryer (cannot put a comforter in there), plenty of space for one person.
Amalfi The apartments themselves are fairly nice with decent floor plans. The complex is relatively new so everything is still nice and well maintained. My biggest complaint would be a lack of storage space within the apartment itself. I don't own many things but it still feels like I have no space for what I do have. The apartment grounds are also well maintained. They recently built a small "dog park" near one of the corners of the lot. Quiet, Safe, Convenient Amalfi at Tuscan Lakes is a wonderful community to live in. It is conveniently located on Hwy 96, just 3 miles from I45. All the grocery stores and shops in close proximity are new and thriving. Amalfi has great floor plans, a beautiful pool, and great amenities like valet trash service. The staff are very friendly and helpful. My time at Amalfi Tuscan Lakes has been very enjoyable.
