Extremely disappointed with flowers sent to my sister for her wedding anniversary. I paid £75 and the bouquet looked more like a £40-£45 bouquet. Rita provided excellent service when we discussed the requirements and I shared photos of my sisters wedding bouquet which we were trying to resemble for her 10 year wedding anniversary and when my sister received it she didn’t even make the connection between the two that’s how disappointing the quality of bouquet it was. Used this florist from over here in New York. It was one of the closest to the recipient. I chose them due to decent reviews. I ordered flowers 2 days prior to delivery date. They arrived in the late afternoon. I did request for early delivery due to a birthday and not knowing the recipients day plans. The delivery is 1 mile away from the florist. I had to ask a friend in the UK to call florist and ask when will the flowers be delivered. This was at 3pm. They were told all deliveries have been dispatched. That’s all the info... read more
