Took my 99 year old mum to have her ear wax removed and we couldn’t be more happy with the experience. The premises are clean and welcoming, as is Terri the receptionist. We were lucky to get a parking place right outside the shop too. Abi was so kind & professional, constantly reassuring Mum as she carried out the painless procedure. The results have been brilliant with Mum’s hearing better than it has been for years! Thank you to all the team. I would certainly recommend without hesitation.
