Alure was in 15 years ago to do my bathroom and we had problems with the floor tile. My wife told me I’m calling Alure because they should fix it. I laughed and told her after 15 years you wouldn’t get anyone to come in and make repairs on work they had done! Alure home improvements showed me they stand behind the work they do even after 15 years. Thank you to Bert from Alure for all the hard work.
Its 8 months later - and our 3 week kitchen is still not done! Poor quality of the work that was done. Sinking/cracking grout. Scratches and dings everywhere. After spending $50k+, we have an INCOMPLETE kitchen renovation. Several issues / glitches along this 8 month nightmare - and still no resolution? Indicative of the lack of internal communication. VERY satisfied & glad that we contracted with Alure for this project. All staff/employees & subcontractors were respectful of work areas in home, professional, organized & courteous. Starting with Ken/designer..to Sal /Project Manager..the project was organized so very well. We only have the one bathroom that was a rip-out and total renovation, yet due to his organization--we were able to live in home while it was being done. They gave a timeline that was most helpful. We got a few estimates for our project, allure had the right price and the most innovative ideas to make it all work. Our project manager Rich, and his crew treated our home as if it were their own. I would recommend their services with enthusiasm. So fix your house up already, these guys will make it shine.
We wanted a bathroom and called Alure. The best decision we ever made. Our salesman ,Rich Reese came to her house and brought all his samples and made everything easy for us. We had our bathroom done in five days. My only issue was my 86 year old dad that lived with us. We only had one bathroom. Rich Reese assured us that it would not be an issue and it wasn't. It was a beautiful spring day in 2006; I spotted the Alure showroom as I was driving on Hempstead Turnpike, and kind of on impulse decided to go in.
