Alure did the siding on my house and it was the BEST home improvement experience ever! I was thrilled every step of the way. My house looks beautiful and the company was ultra professional throughout. My salesman John, went out of his way to make it perfect! The rest of the team (Supervisor Dominic and installation crew Sal and Yuris) was awesome too... they were immaculate and really cared about the outcome.
Had one of their reps come through the neighborhood. We wanted some work done so we scheduled an appointment. Got an email to confirm for 5/23 at 10am. Even got a letter from them to confirm. Here we are 1 pm 5/23 no call no show. Very professional..

44 days into my 10 day kitchen renovation and it's still not done... How could even possibly give you one star?
Spoke to Carmine over the phone to give an estimate on a job. Unfortunately I had a homestlye mortgage that I had already closed on and we were not able to make a deal but he was an absolutely stand up gentleman and I would definitely consider doing business with him in the future.

I have a beautiful bathroom installed by Alure. After a few years I had developed cracking along the bathtub and other areas from common settlement. I called Alure and Cathy Biggers immediately sent Jimmy to correct the problem. He did a wonderful job, thank you Jimmy and Alure❗️
After many years of contemplating a new kitchen my mother had chosen Alure Home Improvements. It had been a relief as I assumed they would be there for her to resolve issues that would arise as they had guaranteed that they were a "full service remodeling company".
