Had nothing but trouble with my five day bathroom remodel. I had it done in 2011 And paid $16,000.00 dollars for the worst job possible. The contractor left a whole in the cabinet and left with fixing the mistake, the Emanuel came off the toilet, black rings around the tub, They just try to find an excuse for everything. We had our bathroom remodeled by Alure in the summer of 2013. Tonight, the Saturday before Easter, the faucet on the shower broke in the ON position. We have three children and had no way to stop the shower from running without turning the water in the whole house off. We contacted Alure, and John Brower was here in less tha an hour with a replacement part and many apologies. Allure redid our house after a fire and we couldn't be happier. And now whenever we need service, they come very quickly and are very professional. Jimmy has been a big help in resolving the problems we had with our kitchen cabinets.
GREAT service...great customer service. Kathy responded quickly to my call; patrick was absolutely great even wading thru my snow piles to fix a minor problem. I will use Alure for ANY home improvements I need mostly because of their workmanship and customer service.
Woke up to a stream of water in my den due to a roof leak. Called Alure. Cathy called me right back and Eddie arrived same day in the afternoon. Eddie cleared the ice dam on the roof and the leak has stopped. We have used alure for major remodeling and service calls. All work was done efficiently and well. Thank you Cathy and Eddie , and thank you Alure for taking care of business so quickly.

I had my bathroom done in August and am extremely pleased with the workmanship as well as all of the personnel involved in the job.They promised to be done in 5 days and it only took them 4 daysl I would recommend this company to anyone who is looking for a professional outcome. Thank you Alure!
