RecommendedJust had our second bathroom done by Alure! We couldn’t be more happy! Highly recommend this company for the quality, the reliability, the cleanliness and for the thoroughness of the total project! We’ve had other major projects done in our home but this was by far the easiest! No waiting around for contractors to show and everything done at my convenience! Also Eric was absolutely amazing! His work is stellar!
RecommendedA couple of years ago I had my bathroom done by Alure and it still looks brand new! I cannot thank my designer, Rich Reese, enough for helping me choose the right colors and designs to best suit me and my family. Alure was easy to work with during all phases of the project, and having the job done in 5 days was truly a blessing for my busy family.
RecommendedRecently I had a small issue with the bathroom that Alure installed about 6 years ago. The warranty was expired but I still reached out to my designer Rich Reese. He assured me they would look at it and see what they could do. Within one day someone came by and the issue was taken care of in minutes and at no charge. I am very thankful to Rich Reese and Alure.
RecommendedOMG !!! - ALURE did such a fantastic job in renovating our Cedarhurst bathroom - it was sooo beautiful my wife wouldn't let me use it for a month. 😄😄 Hard to believe it's the same space. Special thanks to Marilou Arcuri for the design and guidance. And thanks to Joe Russo, Joe Capobianco and the Alure craftsmen for taking such care in creating the new bathroom and protecting the rest of the home throughout the project.
Poor craftsmanship, doesn't keep their words and doesn't honor their warranty, not a trustworthy company.
RecommendedAs with every home improvement job, after the first year something always happens that requires follow up fixes. Alure is excellent at this and Jimmy Aguilar in particular has been my "go to" guy on multiple occasions affecting both my kitchen and bathroom remodels. He is dependable, reliable, professional and he treats your home like it's his own. I am VERY pleased with the results.
