From the salesman Jack Chapman to the production supervisor Tim Olsen to the mechanics Elmer and his son Elmer what a team. Jack Chapman came to us and gave us a no nonsense estimate and explained everything that would happen. Tim Olsen replaced another production supervisor at the last minute but kept the job on track and moving along. Elmer and his son Elmer were true craftsmen in the trade. We just completed our second project with Alure Home Improvement, and are planning on a third. We chose Alure to do the kitchen remodel because, as expected, they finished when they said they would and the quality of the job was excellent. Did it go perfectly? Of course not, does anything? But any concerns were addressed by the project manager, Joe Russo quickly and completely. Use caution if you use them at all. Incomplete work, shoddy workmanship. Promises broken, workers are no shows. Not sure what "5 day bathroom" means to Alure, considering we are on day 35 and counting...... UPDATE: Although it took substantially longer than the contracted time, they did stay with it and finished. Senior leadership got involved and resolved the issues. End product is a beautiful bathroom.
Alure replaced a couple of windows and a sliding door. The experience was great from start to finding. Everyone was professional, helpful and kind. I am very happy with my new windows and door and I appreciated the follow up after the job was done to see how I liked them. I highly recommend Alure
Jenn and her team at Alure provided quality work when installing my new bathroom. I encountered some minor issues and immediately after I contacted Alure they were there to address my needs! They really listened and are there when I need them. I love how my bathroom turned out and I feel Alure provides me with great customer service and support!
