Service dept is fantastic. Met Jennifer Stubbmann at home show and mentioned that several years earlier allure did my 3 bathrooms and my rain shower did not work from day 1 and a vent was not installed right but that for various reasons I never got back to them on this. She took this to heart and ran with it now both thing are fixed at no cost and after several years still can’t believe what she did for no reward except enhancing allure reputation. Alure is a terrific company to work with. Paul Abriola did a great job setting up all the details of the job, and Tim Olsen was always there to manage the project every step of the way and answer any questions. The workmen always showed up as promised, and their work was of exceptionally high quality and craftmanship. Alure has now done three major projects in my home, and I will definitely call them again for the next one. I highly recommend them for any work that you may be considering. Thank you, Alure!
We had a great experience from the beginning and ending with a beautiful bathroom which was completed on time! We were kept informed on what was going on for the day and the workers were wonderful. They came on time and worked late- even on a Saturday. We highly recommend them.

I recently had water damage that destroyed several walls and flooring in the rooms adjacent to my hallway which included the kitchen, bathroom, and 1 bedroom. Eric B. Clemente was at my house within hours of calling and not only walked me through the logistics of the necessary repairs but he also worked with me with regards to payment as it took several weeks for my insurance company to provide the claim payout.
