RecommendedWe have had several projects in our home completed by Alure and have been happy with the customer service we received. Our last project in particular required several follow up visits to ensure that the bathroom cabinet being replaced matched existing cabinets. Our technician, Jimmy Aguilar, was extremely professional and consistently made sure we were satisfied with the work. He was a pleasure to deal with and the bathroom looks great!
We recently had our kitchen remodeled through Alure Home Improvements. From our initial consultation with Billy Coen to the final walk-through with project manager Joe Russo, we could not have been happier with both the experience and the end product. What a disappointing experience. Do NOT do business with this company. First they started our kitchen renovation without filing for the proper permits causing a 2 week delay. We started this renovation in May, were guaranteed a July 10 completion date. As of today, August 31, we are STILL dealing with repairs due to shoddy workmanship. Overall my husband and I are very happy with the way everything turned out after our home renovations. Not everything happens without a few issues here and there however. I do feel that since we weren’t able to live in our home during renovations communication was lacking on a few occasions. Also, a few mistakes were made along the way that had to be rectified. Alure made our dream bathroom come to life. It was done professionally and in great time. From our meeting with Billy Cohen who helped us with our selections and working with Justin, the project leader, everyone met our requests and handled any minor issues that came up promptly. I would use them again for future projects and highly recommend.
Alure has been incredible throughout this entire process. We are in the middle of a big kitchen renovation, all new windows and siding. Always a pleasant experience with the most personable and truly understanding staff and workers. Allure did my kitchen over and it came out perfect! They were very professional and made the renovation pleasant. I had a flood happen on the 2nd floor of my home in one of the bathrooms, that had nothing to do with my kitchen and allure recently came to fix what the flood did to my new kitchen! The flood happened right over the kitchen� They sent over Jim Aguilar to do the work. He did a wonderful job and was very courteous! I highly recommend allure! They are the best!
