When you been charged something like £8.50 rather than £8.47. No need to round it up to that 10p or £1 if it was £7.99 just to round it up to a pound. Charging extra rather retail price on label or can of drink. Doesn't understand English & he shouldn't be serving customers if you don't understand English.
