Dr McDaid removed a rather large and unsightly mole from my face a couple of months ago. Everything about the experience gave me confidence and comfort. I was fully prepared to have some sign/scarring after removal but you can’t see anything. I also thought that it would tan differently than the rest of my face - maybe that it wouldn’t tan - but the skin where the mole was has lightly tanned the same as the rest of my face. I visited Altruderm Clinic as I had a mxoid cyst on my middle finger which was not only unsightly, it hindered my front braking on my motorbike. I was attracted to the clinic due to the many positive reviews & I made my original appointment for an assessment. Both Julie & the Doc are very friendly & professional. After assessment I made a second appointment where Dr McDaid advised of the procedure & carried on to remove the cyst. I had seven moles removed at Altruderm – four from my back and three from my face – and I couldn’t be happier with the whole experience and the result. The procedure was straightforward, the aftercare has been excellent, and the price was very reasonable. Keiran, the doctor, is clearly very knowledgeable, and Julie on reception makes you feel right at home with her friendly chat. They’re a husband-and-wife team, which gives the clinic a lovely family feel. Super friendly, professional, and great value – highly recommended!
