In a time when people find it easier to criticise our GP service and the health system, I think it’s really important to recognise truly excellent care. This is the best GP I’ve been at, they are patient, calm, accommodating and easy to deal with, which is even more remarkable when you consider how much vitriol and abuse they face on a daily basis. Well done to all the team at Altrincham medical practice, I feel very lucky to have this as my local practice.

I had an exceptional experience at Altrincham Medical Practice! From the moment I walked in, the staff were warm, welcoming, and highly professional. The doctors and nurses were incredibly thorough, taking the time to listen to my concerns and explain everything clearly. The level of care and attention to detail truly set this practice apart. I find the negative reviews on getting an appointment astonishing. Call at 8am on the day and always get an appointment. I have been with this practice for over 30 years and they have seen me and my family through good and bad times.

On Sunday I realised we were running extremely low on my daughter’s repeat medication. I ordered online that night and by Monday morning had a text it had been prescribed and another saying it was ready to collect from the pharmacy. Thank you for being so efficient. In a world where we only hear complaints about general practice I wanted to feedback some excellent work by the GP and admin staff.
