Stayed here via Booking.com. Came for Christmas at Bute Park. The appartment was spacious and well equipped. The concierge where very helpful. 7 minutes walk to the City centre.
Had my cars in there as my girl live there. 3 times my car got keyed no help was provided. Called the police gave a reference number nothing happened. I don’t understand how can someone do this and get away.
Accommodation was nice, well equipped with all necessary things. We had a comfortable stay.
