Kevin and Kelton were both very polite, professional, and very informative about the products they were using to eliminate the insects. They were very personable and friendly. I liked they way they were professional, but also joked around a bit too. Nice job.
Today was our first day using Alterra. Steve C was on time and professionally dressed. He was very pleasant, answered our questions and did a thorough job. When he was done, he reviewed things with me and answered more questions. Very professional and friendly.
Alterra was i our neighborhood and Dustin J. stopped by to see if we were interested in their service. He was very polite and knowledgeable and since we have had an ant problem we decided to give it a try. Matt and Kelton were our service technicians and were great! They both explained the entire process before beginning and were quick and efficient! They did an excellent job and I look forward to having them continue the service over the rest of the summer. Great service from a highly reputable company!

Alterra staff that came to my house was great. Matt and Kelton did excellent work and we're very knowledgeable able the treatment and pests I had in the house and yard. They were professional and finished the work in a timely manner.
