I recently switched to Alterra. Both Kevin Foster and Andre Riggins arrived within the scheduled time, were professional, knowledgeable, explained in detail the work which will be performed. Then once the work was completed they reviewed was was done. They are A Plus.
After a spider the size of my fist greeted my weekend guest in the shower I knew I needed a professional. Alterra sent three! Stephen, Matt & Vince came right on time and knew exactly what to do. I feel so much better knowing the pest will be gone and my friends will return. Very professional and friendly.

Austin and Ed were very professional in the service they provided. Austin had to come in for our back deck and insisted on using his "slippers" and was very considerate with our two young children sleeping while taking care of our initial visit. Excellent overall

This was my first experience with a pest Control company I must say I'm impressed. I was skeptical at first because of chemicals around my property with 2 young kids. Kevin Foster and Brian Kirk were very professional greeted me with a hand shake and explained the paperwork clearly so I could understand, not only was the treatment completed in a timely fashion they completed all the work they stated would be done. I'm going to recommend this company to friends and family
