Ed and Austin did an excellent job on our initial service today. Explained the process and checked in after to tell us what they saw and did. Thank you. Jim K
Andre Riggins performed our first service today. He was polite and efficient. He explained everything clearly. After he finished, he checked in again to explain what he had seen and done.
Jacob Vanderheyden came to our house to introduce us to Alterra's services.. He was professional yet friendly and knowledgeable. He answered all our questions. Our initial treatment was done by Dan and Ken. We also were very happy with their professionalism and knowledge of their job. We were extremely satisfied with Dan and Ken.
