Andre Riggins was efficient and very professional.
Keyan and Steve were on time today. They explained everything and walked around my property with me while I explained the areas I wanted treated and those I didn't. They were very professional, polite young men. They worked hard the entire time they were here and were respectful of my time and property. Much appreciated. LindaG
I am beyond impressed - Andre Riggins and Matt Marozick were incredibly professional, informative and quite honestly two of the nicest service technicians I have ever had the pleasure of doing business with. I should have known the level of customer service would continue to be high after signing up for the service with James, who was also highly knowledgable and a pleasure to speak with. Vince and Stephen came out to my house today and did a wonderful job, they originally didn't plan to do the inside of my house but they ended up doing it. 5 star service highly recommend this company. Aj Picard
Today was my first appointment with Alterra. Stephen and Vince were right on time and patiently waited for me as I pulled in the driveway and got my children situation. Stephen greeted me with paper work I needed and then explained everything they were going to do. Vince went to work outside and Stephen came inside when I told him we had a spider issue. Both men were courteous, polite (Stephen removed his shoes before coming in my house) and over all very nice guys. Great service, they deserve more than a $5 bonus :)
Matt, Vince and Stephen did a great job and were pleasant, nice and did a great job. Alterra was new to us and they def impressed us with their fast and complete service.
Matt and Ed were very knowledgeable and explained in detail all that would happen in the initial visit. They were on time and very friendly. I'm glad we switched to Alterra.
Very impressed with Austin Andre. Explained everything clearly, was neat and professional.
