Wow! They hire the best. These folks are courteous and helpful. They are extremely polite and did a great job recruiting me to become a customer. The service is stellar! I have completed my second round of treatments and they called as requested and while here, Dan C. was very helpful and knowledgeable. He even went after some angry wasps making a home in my fence!! All in a day's work with them! Dan did not even bat an eye. Great Job! I look forward to our partnership. Keep up the good work!
Andre arrived on time, and did a great job of explaining the work that would be done. He went out of his way to get at some carpenter bees that have been giving us problems. As we also found with Cory, the salesman, Andre was very polite and patient with our questions.
kevin and Steve B arrived right on time today for my first treatment with Alterra. They were both very professional and polite. They explained the treatment and were very knowledgable. They did a great job in taking down three wasp nests that were in difficult spots on the house! I was very happy with their thorough service!

Matt, Andre and Stephen were very professional and thorough in their explanation of how things go with the applications and additional details of what was covered. They were very polite and pointed things out what they discovered after they were done. They didn't seem to rush me through anything and answered all my questions.
Cheryl S. Austin came out to my house to spray for springtails in my bathroom. He was extremely polite and professional. He was very knowledgable on how to solve the problem. He was prompt and thorough. He even took it a step further and put booties on his shoes to walk throughout my house. It's the little things that matter.
