Someone stopped by yesterday, right after we found ants in the kitchen (good timing)... Kelton and Josh stopped out today to perform the first treatment. They found issues that I didn't tell them about and took care of them professionally and were very nice to speak with socially. I am very comfortable with the service and they stressed the guarantee to have them back if we noticed any issues after the service. Highly recommended.

Our neighbor had recently signed up with Alterra and referred us. This past Sat. July 25th, Jon Herner stopped by and went over the services Alterra provides. I had an active issue with wasps and yellow jacket nests which he assured me the could remedy. I signed up with them on that day. Within two hours of signing up Kelton arrived at our home and completed the initial service visit.
