Mary B. 06/08/15 I requested that Dan C. come back for my 2nd service. He is very polite, professional and I feel really has a great understandinf of the Product and how it works. Dan also has good knowledge of the various insects that affect the plants. I have requested that he be assigned to my property with each service.
Alterra is really good overall and their service guarantee (willing to come back anytime in between scheduled visits if you see creepy crawlies) gives peace of mind, but just recently their tech Jermaine Townsend visited and he was attentive, patient, and helpful!

Jeannie M. Breck W stopped by my house last week. Because of his courteous, professional manner, I switched from my current pest control service to Alterra. Keyan came out today and was just as friendly and professional. I appreciate a company in which customer satisfaction is highly regarded.
We had a terrible ant problem, Dan C. did a great job explaining what needed to be done to get rid of the ants. He treated the inside and also the perimeter of the outside of house. Its been a week and no ants. Dan C was also very courteous and knowledgeable of other other services that Alterra provided. Thank you.
I almost never buy anything from door-to-door salesmen, but David Gray did a good job of explaining Alterra's approach to pest control. Steve C Andre provided service a few days later and was also very informative about the services he performed. great job. Time will tell more.
