Great service from Jeff Roseberry. . Very knowledgeable about the treatment and answered all my questions. Friendly and courteous.

I would only suggest pressing a little harder on the pen as the receipt was difficult to read. Most important thing of all, the gate was closed! Little things mean a lot!!

First Alterra treatment earlier this week, and our service tech was Jeff Roseberry. He was friendly and took the time to explain the initial treatment and the future (quarterly) treatments that are part of our plan. We are looking forward to a pest-less home this summer! Great service, great at communication and taking care of my pest issues. Very friendly Tech's. Jeff Roseberry and Tony Aulette, great to see the best training the new Techs. Original issue, Had problem with earwigs and centipedes, drastic reduction after first visit, after second visit none were visible. Thank You Jeff and Tony!

Jeff Roseberry Came out to my house today for my first treatment. He was very friendly and explained everything that he was going to do. We have an issue with ticks in my back yard which is one of my biggest concerns. He was very helpful. I am glad that I signed up for this service. Marcie M.
