We've been very happy with our service provided by Alterra. Scheduling is easy and they have been very accommodating with my questions. We've had several techs come out as we have the preventative service plan. All have been great.

Denise C. - L. Moore came out this morning and addressed my spider problem. He was very thorough in his inspection and took the time to show me what to look for and explained what to do. He also explained the different treatments and how they worked. He was extremely courteous and professional.
Art Kirk did a great job spraying our house. He pointed out an a/c issue and was very friendly.
Mary M. Anthony Paus was awesome! He took the time to listen to our spider problem areas, he treated them and went above and beyond to talk to me about the problem and near by construction. Great work!
