I was having a recurrence of carpenter ant intrusion after my initial and first scheduled treatment. A re-treatment was scheduled for 7/12 and A. Kirk immediately assessed where they were tracking and their entry point. After retreating the barrier along the foundation with something a bit stronger he put down bait at the entry point and along their track that was effective overnight in stopping the activity. I was amazed. Thanks!
Jeff R was very polite. He answered all my questions and showed me my ant infestation. We discussed the action plan to get rid of these. Very professional and approachable too! This was my first treatment so very good first impression of the company!

We just received our first pest control treatment today - my wife and I were sold on the environmentally and kid friendly formulas Alterra uses. Our awesome technician, Bryce P came out today and thoroughly explained the process before he began. He was detailed in the treatment and we went through the steps he took after all was complete. I hope all techs are as friendly and knowledgeable as Bryce, and we look forward to our home and outdoor spaces to be bug free!
Art Kirk came to our home to help get rid of the spiders and beetles-yuck! He was great. Very professional and nice. He explained everything very well and answered all of my questions. Thanks Alterra! CH
