This was the second time JR Poli was the tech who came out to treat our home. He was very professional and friendly. He took the time to answer any questions. He worked quickly to treat both the interior and exterior and address any concerns. We have been using Alterra for about a year now and have been very pleased with the service and would recommend them.
First Service call - Today Ezequiel came to do our first service. He was so professional and friendly. He explained everything very clearly and helped us understand exactly what we were signing up for and for how long. I will recommend Ezequiel to my friends and family.
We had our first service with Alterrapest yesterday. J.R. was our tech and arrived right on time. He explained the program again as well as what services he'd be performing. While in the home J.R. wore booties and worked efficiently to cover the interior and exterior. Once completed he covered what he'd done. All in all a good experience!
