Today I had Darrell come and do my Initial Service. He was very friendly even though he had to wait 20 minutes for me to arrive home. He explained to me everything he was going to do today so there was no confusion. He was well educated with spiders and even gave me information about the Brown Recluse spider. He was amicable, efficient, and as a bonus loves dogs!
Today we had Connor and Stanton come to do pest-control we are very happy with the results. They really took the time and did a very thorough job and making sure to explain before and after what they were doing and why. I really appreciate that! Both the men were very kind and respectful I'm so glad we switch to this company!
Today Service Pro Trent Lingle provided the initial treatment to the exterior of my home. He was thorough and went above and beyond by treating the play area used by my grandchildren as well as the backyard shed. He de-webbed the entire house and found wasp and hornets nests that I was unaware of. Very friendly and personable. Thanks Trent! Susan S
Florencia A. I recently switched to Alterra and I am very satisfied with the service. I had to call in between quaterly services as I was having a problem with spiders and wasps. They came a couple of days after I called (they actually offered to come sooner if needed). JR Poli provided the treatment. He did a great job, was very polite and even spotted and took care of an additional problem area.
