Service was OUSTANDING. Respectful, polite and thorough service technicians! They surveyed my property and took the time to make sure that they did a complete job. Oscar and Brian need to be made managers so that they can help guide those who are not so savvy. My low rating is because I was forced to leave this review (((THESE TECHNITIANS EARNED THE BEST POSSIBLE RATINGS))) so the technician’s would get a bonus. I think that's a lousy way to do business. Donell came during the time slot that they said he would be here and was very polite and took care of our concerns in a professional way.
Donell was at the house when they said he would be and he was very professional with a great attitude and personality. I would recommend this company to others and will.
Alterra is always very responsive to any problems we have and have no problem coming back out to re-treat. Crissi came out today to treat for wasps and set mouse traps in our basement. She took the time to explain thoroughly what she did and also why we were having the problem with these pests. We look forward to her handling our future service.
