I love that Alterra will come between quarterly visits if we find bugs. I started seeing ants in my kitchen and had someone out to spray within 2 days of calling. Dowell was polite and efficient. He sprayed for ants and offered to also go in my backyard since the kids mentioned seeing wasps. Extremely happy with the service and results I get from Alterra.

I don't rember The technician name that came to spray our house yesterday .Even though it was pouring down rain , she had a smile on her face . She even took down a wasp nest from our porch .
