Bradley B: Donell was my service technician & did a good job. He did a spot treatment for a new ant problem that recently surfaced. He was courteous & even gave me some tips on keeping pests under control.
Darrell was THE BEST at making me feel comfortable in knowing the job will get done! He was friendly, very knowledgeable & asked the right questions.
Donell was very helpful and thorough. We have had such a spider problem and he sprayed everywhere and did everything I asked. He also checked for mice, just in case!
I appreciated that Donell was on time. His friendly demeanor and thorough approach was great.
Great customer service, our new house was built on an anthill and they have been out several times to fight the ongoing battle. Don't let other companies trick you into thinking g ants are easy to kill we have tried others and alterra's methodical approach is the best even if it takes a little bit of time. We have already noticed a huge difference in the first 6 weeks of treatments. Our service pro Lee takes the time to explain what he is doing and ensure that we should call back if we continue to see the ants. - Hunter C
Crissi came to my new house twice in the last month to help me fight off new construction critters. She is extremely knowledgeable and probably kept me a loyal customer.
Oscar and Jose came for our first pest control treatment and did an amazing job. They spent a lot of time spraying inside and outside. I am extremely pleased with the job they did!
