He called before coming over [as I asked], sprayed my kitchen for ants [between services], & eliminated the ant nest quickly and in a timely manner, which was important to me because I was on my lunch break. I was very impressed with both his service, professionalism, and people skills!
J.R. Poli should be rewarded for his extra effort in treating our home for spiders. I was bitten by one a few days ago and appreciate his concern and work ethic. He sprayed the interior and exterior, layed glue traps, spread granular around the foundation and sweep all webs from upper and lower deck areas. Outstanding service!
