Lee was punctual, professional, and courteous. He did a thorough job on both the exterior and interior of our home, and spent extra time showing me where pests could enter near my garage, and then placed several glue traps near the garage doors to ensure the pests were caught. He was very kind and informative and made sure to get ALL of the house, asking us specifically about what we had and where the most problems were, which no one had done before. (This was a callback) Very much appreciated Darrell for his easy going attitude but also a dedicated worker. Now that we've finally got a good spray on our house, we'll get to see how the Alterra product is MEANT to work, not just lazy half spray.

I have had the best experience with Alterra. Connor is my ServicePro and he is extremely polite, courteous, thorough, and honest! Today he was on a call back to take care of some wasps nests but he went out of his way to deweb and take care of spiders he noticed too!
